Twinwall/Multiwall Sheets
Hercules Twinwall Sheets is a family of flat, multiwall polycarbonate sheet products that feature a cellular structure with at least two walls and connective ribbing. This creates insulating air spaces (cells) that help reduce thermal transfer and result in a rigid, impact-resistant sheet that is significantly lighter in weight than solid polycarbonate, acrylic or glass sheets. In addition, this solution offers substantially better energy efficiency than any single-layer sheet. Hercules Multiwall Sheets product range offers many options – from built-in condensate control for greenhouses & garden centers to advanced tints that reduce solar heat gain while providing greater light transmission and clarity.

Thanks to our solution partners we were able to deliver many turnkey projects. From design to build, following the site assessment, in collaboration with our partners we design and build the supporting structure, supply polycarbonate sheets (cut to size if necessary), aluminum, steel and polycarbonate profiles, epdm seals and make installations at the project sites with our experienced teams.

Hercules Twinwall Sheets are UV coated and the structure offers exceptionally high thermal insulation. Hercules Twinwall Sheets are available from 4mm to 16 mm thicknesses up to 3 wall construction.
These energy efficient sheets provide as low as 1.25 W/m2K heat transition coefficient which guarantees more than 20% energy saving over traditional twin walls.

In the beginning of 90’s, sign makers have discovered polycarbonate multiwall sheets and the sales of thin sheets have boosted. Hercules serves the sign industry with 4 and 6 mm thick sheets. Hollow structure creates perfect light diffusion and makes it cheapest and perfect material for illuminated signs.
