Polycarbonate Sheets

Polycarbonate sheets are mostly used in areas where fire safety and high impact resistance is important as well as transparency. Some applications are; police shields, sneeze guards, shopping mall or swimming pool roofing, car ports, visors, sound barriers in certain circumstances, bus stations, cashier kiosks, ATM machines, sky domes, signage, etc. Polycarbonate sheets can also be UV coated to be resistant to sun exposure, IR filtering. Hercules also offers hard-coating to provide anti-scratch polycarbonate sheets.

Acrylic Sheets

Acrylic sheet offers the most efficient solution for applications where high light transmission together with UV resistance and impact resistance is necessary. Acrylic (PMMA) has been the most well-known transparent sheet for various applications: Signage and box lettering, lightening, sound barriers, POP (Point of purchase) and POS (Point of sales) applications, museum showcases (anti-glare), roofing, sky domes, stationary, displays, architecture, etc.

Pet-G Sheets

PetG Sheets find place between Acrylic and Polycarbonate material on high impact strength, together with perfect thermoforming characteristics. The most preferred application areas for Pet-G sheet is food contact and hygiene areas and impact resistance. It is BPA free and gives very good reaction to thermoforming: POP (Point of purchase) and POS (Point of sales) applications, signage, designer objects, displays, architecture, incubators, screens, vending machines, etc. Pet-G sheets can also be UV coated to enhance against sun exposure.
